How did you discover the bluesharp ?

 In 1990 after seeing the movie "Crossroads" which features Sonny Terry on bluesharp I became aware of the beautiful and haunting sound of the harmonica.....

Johan Op de Beeck schreef het boek 'Blues - Seks, Moed En Tegenspoed'.Daarin verweeft hij verhalen over de grootste Amerikaanse blues-artiesten met die van Belgische bluesmannen waaronder ook Steven Troch.

DE SCHADUW VAN TOOTS IS HEEL GROOT

Steven Troch, geboren in 1974, is al 22 jaar met een mondharmonica bezig. Met zijn band Fried Bourbon speelde hij al in Nederland, Frankrijk, Duitsland, en zelfs
de Verenigde Staten.Sinds dit jaar is hij ook Hohner endorser, vertegenwoordiger van Hohner. Die eer is alleen weggelegd voor mensen die iets betekenen in het vak.
